FLARE ISSUE: BIRTHDAY MONTH!

I received FLARE's February issue today. The issue is off to a good start, I judge more critically on my birthday month because it's February and February is all about Valentine's day and Family Week statutory holiday.. I took a peak on my way home (via streetcar) and there was a great interview with Garance Dore. I love french fashion.
