Of course, this is gift idea on MY wish-list that you may or may not find useful. This summer a Michael Kors store opened up in the mall by my work. I went in every week to stare at the structured totes :) My favourite is the medium orange-tan leather ones.. They are getting really popular which bums me out a bit, but if you can find/buy her that one 'perfect bag' nothing is more exciting and practical! than maybe, a pair of designer shoes..
