Today my boyfriend and I cruised around our neighbourhood. We went to the farmer's market, Blockbuster, the Pet Store, and Starbucks. When we got home, we suntanned on our rooftop patio :)

Another successful shopping trip at H&M. Everything except for my sequin jacket is from the Sonia Rykiel collection. All the sparkle makes me happy, they're deflecting winter weather.

MOM'S SERGER IS A LEGEND

When my girlfriends and I got into sewing my mom taught us the glory of the serger. I broke it once sewing denim, not a pretty site. I think my friends and I were more upset than my mommy. Today I just updated one of my tank tops that was hanging a little to low in the front.

WEEKEND UPDATE

I love these bow stud earrings they have become a signature piece to my everyday wardrobe. I never usually win contests or draws, so after I won For The Love Of Flowers necklace from Elizaveta aka Kameleon I felt it broke my curse. I have to check the mail today, I have a good feeling it's there for me, yay! My best friend sent me the multi-chain necklace. It's awesome, I can know or just let hang, it's a great conversation piece and compliments my earrings perfectly. I just received the Overnight Socialite and can't wait to read it. I definitely need to save it for my holiday travels back home. In the meantime I'm going to rent My Fair Lady and get familiar with the cult classic.

MY BEST FRIEND

My bestie sent me this amazing, multi-chain necklace in the mail! It's so awesome, it definitely adds WOW to my 'casual friday' attire, without being goddy. Me likey!

NEVER CRY WOLF!

I went to a great CRAFT event today with 2 girlfriends. It was just up the street in the building they hosted Toronto Fashion Week recently. There was a lot of great jewelry but I managed to contain myself (plus can't stop thinking about this 3 strand pearl necklace I saw yesterday shopping with my bf). However, I did snatch up this great tank!
