HERE COMES MY BRIDESMAIDS!

I was surprised last Sunday night with a gift trip to Las Vegas with all of my amazing bridesmaids. This trip means so much to me. It's still sinking in that I'm going to Las Vegas (I have never been to before) with my closest girlfriends.

School and Figure Skating explain my childhood. I couldn't have done it better without these girls. 

NYC, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, it's a sisterhood of the traveling pants;) 

From Prince Albert to Edmonton to Toronto, I'm so lucky to have meet these girls. The experiences we've had and the support we given, we push each other to take risks and do great things!

TORONTO'S LG FASHION WEEK FALL 2011 COLLECTIONS

Awww Fashion Week how I wish I could take the week off work and attend every show. I don't get to go regularly so when I have the chance it's such a thrill. I didn't go to any shows this season, I won a few tickets but had to decline because of the time or date... Hopefully next season, my work life and personal life will align ;)

JOE AND KIM - FLARE PARTY LAST YEAR

This picture was taken around the same time last year, when FLARE magazine hosted their 25th Anniversary party. Such a special moment for us to have our picture taken with such amazing Canadian designers. I will never forget (both times) when we asked to take a picture they have always responded, "of course!"

STUDY

I'm thinking about building ads for my blog. There is a lot that inspires me, but who am I? What do I want to portray? I tore out a few pictures that I liked the composition of, and model's pose..
I need all the help I can get ;)

I definitely have to include my blackberry.. The last shot is my style of photo/ad, but differ outfit needed :)

Of course I'm missing designers I adore; Bustle, Andy The-Anh, and Rudsak to name a few, but sometimes you have to be ruthless when you can't have it all.

STAR STRUCK

Last Thursday my work friends and I went to FLARE magazine's 30 year anniversary party. I was completely star struck when I turned around to see designers; Joseph Mimran and Kimberley Newport Mimran. It was such a great moment in my fashion life. They were both really nice and genuine, when I asked if we could take a picture together they both responded; "absolutely."
