SPRING 2013 RTW DESIGNER INSPIRATION

Garments of mine I plan to rock this Spring/Summer and their "dopplegangers" from the runway. The weather has taken a turn back to Winter weather recently, but I'm trying to remind myself I will be able to start wearing these pieces soon enough.

DINNER AND SHOPPING!

Before the hustle and bustle of New Years Eve excitement N8 and I decided to go out for dinner tonight instead of tomorrow which made for a very quiet and romantic evening. N8 intoxicated by delicious food, ended up taking us shopping at Body Blue! Inspired by my my "Fleurs d'Ecosse" Hermes silk scarf and Coach black cherry leather handbag I chose a Wine colour, cashmere Line Knitwear sweater!

MY CHRISTMAS DAY LOOK

On Christmas Day (yesterday) after we opened presents I "suited up" for the day of eating and visiting with family. I decided to wear my new lilac cotton Alfred Free blouse I bought at Aritzia in Vancouver a few weeks ago shopping with Norma. Wore my light denim Fidelity jeans because Charlie the dog was going to be around and he's a fun dog to visit with. For accessories I had to pack up my hot new purse, the Coach Legacy, Archival Rambler Shoulder Bag in Black Cherry. To top this look off I have decided after years of archiving to start draping myself in my “Fleurs d'Ecosse,” Sylvia Kerr designed for Hermes, 100% silk scarf. 

The pairing of my Coach purse and Hermes scarf is a match made in fashion heaven!

 

NEW COACH CROSSBODY: MINI-MINI LEGACY

After shopping our little hearts out at The Hudson Bay Company on the weekend for gifts, we received a coupon for our next purchase at The Bay. I used my coupon today on making a dream of mine come true and purchasing Coach's mini-mini colour-block legacy crossbody purse. This little bag was simple, classic chic love at first sight. Sometimes all I want to carry is my phone, cards, cash, & lipgloss. I'm also obsessed with the fabulous colour combination, leather and style. It's going to go nicely in my clothing and accessory rotation.
