WHAT I WORE SHOPPING TODAY

We have been blessed with fantastic Spring weather since this past Sunday, which was also Daylight Savings day! First day of Spring is fast approaching (March 20/21), but we are fortunate to enjoy the glorious mild weather and extra hours of daylight to date :) 

I love my Longchamp bag for carrying everything I need without the weight of a leather purse, but for a jaunt in the city to go shopping for Sunglasses I wore my Mulberry x Target cross-body bag. I still wore my Winter boots, but opted for my favourite Spring/Summer jacket I bought at H&M's S/S 2010 Garden Collection :)

I LOVE my new Marni x H&M silk blouse, it fits and feels amazing! 

I found these two great pairs of Sunglasses (a.k.a. Sunnies) at Joe Fresh!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

My fiance and I went Christmas shopping last night, and after two hours we finally walked by the infamous Swarovski adorned Christmas Tree. I was completely beat but happy I/we snapped a picture of this annual Toronto holiday spectacle.

 

 

You can't tell in  the photos above but I had my makeup done yesterday too by my co-worker, friend, and artist, Mandy! I LOVED the look she played on, it's exactly my beauty plan for this Christmas and New Years, why not glam it up a night or two for drinks or dinner with friends. MY WINTER WARDROBE STAPLES

I found the perfect cardigans to stock up on for $20! (regular $40) from Old Navy! Instead of buying 1 or 2 I was able to buy three of my favourite colours from their selection. Wear buttoned up or open, the cardigan is definitely my sweater of choice.

I bought the first pair of boots shown above (in black) from Sears.ca and the second boot is a view at my Anna Sui for Hush Puppies, Chukka boot!

Of course my fiance and furbaby will keep we warm and fuzzy too!

TORONTO FASHION WEEK: SEARS SURPRISE

Last year Attitude by Sears had it's first show at LG (Toronto) Fashion Week and it knocked most peoples socks off. This year I was excited to see how strong the collection was going to be. There were a few pieces that I filed in my fashion brain cabinet, but I absolutely gasped when I saw this dress. Or maybe it's actually denim blouse and long denim skirt.. Either way they are completely affordable pieces and something I could definitely see myself wearing a lot from Spring to Fall next year :)
