TORONTO FASHION WEEK: ARTHUR MENDONCA

The second runway show I saw Thursday night at Toronto Fashion Week was, Toronto designer Arthur Mendonca! Arthur's Spring 2013 presentation was Canadian casual glamour at its best. I loved all the practical pieces but especially the blazers in all colours and the beautiful royal blue pants that is a must have on my shopping list ;) 

TORONTO FASHION WEEK: SOIA & KYO

This season I was luckily enough to score two tickets to a few Spring 2013 runway shows at Toronto Fashion Week! Stephanie (Oh Heel No!) and I spontaneously went right after work to check out some hot fashions.. The first show we saw was Montreal label, Soia & Kyo which was very for interesting for us because I just invested in a cool black winter coat recently. Very recently, pictures to come.. The Soia & Kyo Spring 2013 presentation was fabulous, I especially enjoyed the light and airy spring coats :)

FASHION MAGAZINE 35 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

This past Wednesday night my work colleagues and I attended FASHION magazine's 35 year anniversary party!! The party was held in Toronto's legendary, Distillery District and it was quite the affair. Sarena, Stephanie and I had a blast celebrating the magazine's birthday,  we enjoyed the buffets of food and drinks, the music, L'Oreal makeup, and mingling with Canadian icons.

WHAT I WORE TO FASHION 35!

Initial pictures of my night at FASHION magazine's 35 year anniversary party. These were the best photos on my iPhone but Stephanie from Oh Heel No! has more than 50 pictures for me to choose from for my next post!

I wore Nicole Richie x Macy's maxi dress, House of Harlow 1960 necklace, Kate Spade watch, Pandora bracelet, and Aldo ankle boots. I aso had eyeliner applied at the L'Oreal makeup booth.

FASHION SHOW AT LUNCH!

While preparing for a party I took a few pictures of my new clothes. My new Fall Jacket is from Top Shop at the Bay. After the wedding I saw some tweets that led me to buy a very special Nicole Richie for Macy's peacock maxi dress. The dress fits perfectly belted or unbelted. Unbelted I can wear my cohesive House of Harlow 1960 peacock pendant necklace... I also took pictures of a "matching" sweater dress combo in the ivory/grey, black, and orange family. I don't know where I can get away with this look but it's very comfy! Plaid sweater is new from ASOS and dress is from H&M S/S 2011. My man proposed to me in that dress...
