New York Fashion Week is full of talent it's hard to keep up with all of the fabulous designs and collections. A designer I haven't archived for a while (or at least it feels that way) is, 3.1 Philip Lim. Philip Lim is one of my favourite NYC designers and this Fall 2013 collection is another masterpiece. Here are my favourite looks:
